Last week, Reps. introduced the Health Information Technology Extension for Behavioral Health Services Act of 2010 (H.R. 5040), to extend health information technology assistance eligibility to behavioral health, mental health, and substance abuse professionals and facilities, so you will be eligible for the electronic health record incentive payments established under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. It adds a BEHAVIORAL HEALTH INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY GRANT PROGRAM.
